EMERGING COACHES:

I believe coaching is a calling. A call to bring forth and share your magnificence with the world and in doing so, you give others permission to do the same. The best coaches know in their heart and soul it's exactly what they have been placed on this earth to do. They may not understand exactly how they are going to do it, but they know it is theirs to do. Coaching is so much more than a "profession" it's a way of being in the world...

My clients tend to be people who have been successful in the past, are committed and dedicated their own personal growth and evolution, and are committed to a big vision (even if it scares them to death and/or they have no idea how on earth they'd ever pull it off). They are light-hearted, soulful, intuitive, and love to have fun. Building a coaching practice isn't always easy, but it doesn't have to be hard.

I LOVE working with coaches! Why? Because I believe talented coaches have the ability to transform our world globally, nationally, organizationally and individually. When a coach truly learns to share themselves in a way that unleashes their own gifts, talents, passions, experience and expertise, they automatically create the space for others to do the same. When this is combined with the intention of being of service, a co-created partnership of greatness, unlimited possibility and unstoppable inner power emerges. A masterful coach understands this at all levels; mind, body and spirit.

I am passionate about mentoring the best coaches in the world and have had the honor of working with hundreds of coaches from around the world. I am credentialed at the PCC level (am currently applying for my MCC), am on faculty at Coach U, have achieved the high honor of PMC (Professional Mentor Coach) and am a credentialing assessor for the ICF. Prior to coaching I spent 14 years in the corporate world at the VP level.

My Approach to Mentor Coaching:

Be: Think of this as the "Art of Coaching". Who do you need to be in order to create the space for your client's brilliance to shine? This part of the journey will focus on you and your personal growth and development.

Do: Think of this as the "Science of Coaching". What do you need to know, learn and experience to ensure you are integrating your skills, experience, expertise and core competencies to best serve your client's? This part of the journey will focus on how you coach (skills, competencies, guiding principles).

Share: Once you are confident with both the Art & Science of Coaching, it is imperative you are comfortable sharing yourself with the world. You can be the best coach in the world and yet if you don't understand how to share yourself with the world, you're not only doing yourself and your business a disservice, you will be doing a disservice to all of the people you are here to touch.
